  • John is the founder of APM and oversees the running of the company.
  • First visited China in 1968 and has been trading with China all his life. Has close links with the US, Morocco and India.
  • First visited Houston in 1978 and has been involved in marketing Barite ever since.
  • Has worked for Amalgamated Metal, Klockner, Frank & Schulte and Minelco.
  • Formed Anglo Pacific Minerals in 2004.
  • John has been Chairman of the Cook Society, The Britain Australia Society and the Matthew Flinders Society.
  • Is a Fellow of the Institute of Export, Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of World Traders and Freeman of the City of London.
  • Has been involved in the refractory, minerals sands, graphite, talc and mica for plastics and fillers.
